SHS URGENT Cisco / Netacad ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
What to do:
Step 1: Make sure that the email registered to your AMAES LMS is the one you are using.
Step 2: Open your email and find the email from Cisco
Step 2.1:
Problem: Unable to find email / Do not know how to
Solution: Go to netacad.com, click login, click resend activation
Problem: Activation says not associated.
Solution: Go to Action A
Problem: Invalid email address
Solution: Go to Action A
Problem: Email already activated
Solution: Login to netacad.com
Problem: Expired token
Solution: Go to netacad.com, click login, click resend activation email
Step 3: Login to netacad.com
Problem: Incorrect Password
Solution: Go to netacad.com, click login, click forgot password, enter email, click button below
Step 4: Open the course, on AMAES-SHS-BasicEd... click Launch Course.
Step 5: Click Quizes, open them, answer, then submit.
Step 6: Smile when your done.

Guidlines:
1. Make sure ALL information are correct
2. Do not enter any special character such as ñ, Do not put spaces before or after your data entries
3. Do not submit more than 1 entry, duplicate entries would not be processed
4. Wait for notification email from cisco, 1 hour to 1 day processing, depending on number of queue.
