FAQ RELATED TO SUBJECTS ON THE DASHBOARD


ISSUE: My enrolled courses are not in the LMS?

ANSWER#1: Have you printed your Certificate of Registration (COR)?  You should have a COR to signify that you are officially enfolled

ANSWER#2: Are the subjects you enrolled in are the same as your calendar.  Example: If you are a trimestral student, are the subjects you enrolled in trimestral subjects?

ANSWER#3: Are the subjects you enrolled in are in the same career as you are?  Example: If you are a Senior High Student, are your subjets for Senior High?

ANSWER#4: Did you select the correct LMS instance before logging in.  Example: If you are a College and your are semestral, did you select the Semestral College instance?

ANSWER#5: Is this your first time to log in this term? If yes then your profile has not been passed yet.  Please Log out, then re log in after 15-30 minutes

ANSWER#6: If you have recently completed your enrollment, please allow for 2-3 hours before your subjects are loaded in the LMS.

If everything mentioned is ok but issue still persists then log this error and provide full details:

ISSUE: Subjects in my COR Doesn’t Match the Subjects in my LMS

ANSWER#1: If you recently changed your Enlisted Subjects on the System, wait for 2-3 hours before logging in again on LMS. System requires this time for synching process.

ANSWER#2: It is possible that you were moved to an equivalent course.  Please check with the acad department or your OLC to know about the course equivalencies.

If everything mentioned is ok but issue still persists then log this error and provide full details:

ISSUE: There are subjets in my LMS Dashboard that are not in my COR

ANSWER#1: If you recently changed your Enlisted Subjects on the System, wait for 2-3 hours before logging in again on LMS. System requires this time for synching process.

ANSWER#2: If these are old courses, just ignore them.  They will be auto removed after 72 hours
